Agentum SystemsModernization Tools for Manufacturing Quality

Paid Quality Manager Consultation

Help us understand how manufacturing quality work actually happens.

Agentum Systems is speaking with current and former in-house Quality Managers, QA leaders, Quality Engineers, and QMS owners who have hands-on experience running quality-system work inside manufacturing companies.

We are interested in the day-to-day reality of the work: quality records, CAPA and nonconformances, customer or supplier quality issues, audits, document control, process changes, and the handoffs across teams that quality work depends on. We want to learn how it actually gets done, not how a process document says it should.

Apply

Takes a few minutes. Paid 20-minute research conversation for selected applicants.

Who this is for

Best fit: people who have personally owned or operated quality-system work inside a manufacturing company.

This is usually not the right fit for people whose experience is primarily consulting, sales, recruiting, corporate-only oversight, or quality work outside manufacturing. If that describes you, you can still apply and note it; we will respond if there is a fit for a separate conversation.

How it works

The first step is a paid 20-minute research conversation by video call, for selected applicants. We focus on your own hands-on experience with quality-system work. If both sides decide there is a fit, we may invite you to optional paid follow-up advisory sessions. Each conversation is scheduled and confirmed in advance.

We will not ask for confidential employer, customer, product, or audit information. Redacted examples and general workflow descriptions are enough.

This conversation is separate from employment recruiting or ongoing implementation work.

Payment

$50 for a completed 20-minute research conversation, if selected. Optional follow-up advisory work is $100/hr, only if both sides decide there is a fit. Payment is made after a completed conversation. Preferred payment methods are PayPal Business or Venmo goods-and-services / business profile. Participants may be asked for basic tax or payment information, such as a W-9, if required.
