What you can ask right now

Will you talk to me about my workflow? Yes — if you run quality, ops, or continuous improvement at a small or mid-market manufacturer, we’d like the call.
Are you selling something? Not yet. We’re talking to quality and operations leaders to see whether the problem we think exists is really there, before building anything.
Will you share what you learn? The anonymized findings from the current research round go to every interviewee when the round closes.
Will my company name end up in your marketing? No. Interviews are anonymized. Specific companies, audit history, and customer references stay off the record unless you explicitly want them attributed.
