Modernization Tools for Mid-Market Manufacturing Quality
One workflow at a time. Built alongside the quality, plant, and operations leaders who live in them.
What we focus on
At small and mid-market manufacturers, the work that holds quality together — corrective and preventive actions, audit preparation, training records, supplier documentation, customer quality submissions — usually lives across spreadsheets, email threads, and a few people’s heads. It works, until it doesn’t: a surveillance audit, a customer audit, an inspection, a key person leaving.
We build focused software tools that take one of those workflows and replace what’s currently in spreadsheets and email threads with something that holds up to a real audit — without forcing a full quality-management-system migration.
How we work
- One workflow at a time. Not a platform rollout, not a full QMS replacement. We pick one workflow, do that one well, and only then look at the next.
- Parity-tested. Anything that replaces an existing process is reconciled against the previous state before it’s called a replacement. Faster is not a win if the records change in ways nobody notices until the auditor arrives.
- Built alongside the people who own the work. Every workflow we target starts with interviews of the quality, plant, ops, or continuous-improvement leader who currently owns it. We don’t ship without knowing whose desk the problem actually sits on.
- Customer data stays customer data. Encrypted, isolated, not used to train any model, not shared across customers. Deletion certificate on close.
- No claims we can’t support. No fabricated ROI, no industry-average percentages presented as your numbers, no fake case studies. If we can’t back it up with your own inputs, we don’t say it.

How small ISO 9001 manufacturers handle CAPA + audit-prep evidence
We’re interviewing quality, plant, and operations leaders at mid-market non-clinical ISO 9001 manufacturers about how their team handles corrective-action records and audit-prep evidence packets — specifically what happens when a surveillance or customer audit is six weeks out and the evidence lives across spreadsheets, email, and tribal knowledge.
The interviews are 30 minutes, learning-only, no software pitch (there isn’t a product yet). You get the anonymized findings when the round closes.
