Where we are right now
Agentum Systems is building its first product: a tool that organizes quality records, links supporting documents, and flags missing information to make audits easier. A small group of in-house Quality Managers is testing it with us as paid consultants, and we build based on what they tell us.
Why
At a company this size, the quality manager often runs the record system alone, using an Access database or spreadsheets they built or inherited. A full quality management system usually means a long setup project and a new way of working before you see any benefit. We start with the records you already have.
How we work

You make the final call
The software suggests each link. You confirm or reject it.
Your records belong to you
We work from a copy and never change your files. You can delete your data yourself at any time.
We only say what we can back up
We won’t invent savings figures, present industry averages as your numbers, or show logos of customers we don’t have.
What we don’t do
- Chase people or check whether they follow procedures.
- Ask anyone outside quality to enter data.
- Change your files.
- Lock your data in. It’s yours, and you can take it with you.
